Emily started taking violin lessons over 10 years ago at the elementary school level in the Christina School District. She continued her studies into college and graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Violin Performance from Syracuse University. She also took the Suzuki Method's Every Child Can class in 2010.
While in college, she taught during her summer breaks. She has been teaching at Accent Music, Inc. for over two years. Her method incorporates the Suzuki Method.
