Jason Martz is a guitarist, studio musician and arranger with extensive experience.  A native of Newark, DE his acoustic and electric guitar playing has been heard in coffee houses, bars and restaurants throughout the Tri-State area.

He is the lead guitarist in the band, East A.M., an acoustic rock group that plays original music out of Philadelphia. Comparable to John Mayer and the Fray, they have played Philly venues such as World Café live, Northstar Bar, Baby Grand (Wilmington, DE), The Kyber, and recently made a guest appearance on WSTW Hometown Heroes.
East A.M. was recently chosen as one of Delaware’s Top Local Bands by “Spark” Magazine and has enjoyed playing gigs at venues in the Dewey Beach area including The Rusty Rudder and the Lighthouse.  They completed a tour of the United States last summer and recently recorded a full-length CD.

Jason teaches both acoustic and electric guitar at the Kirkwood Highway location of Accent Music and charges $25 / half hour.
