Jessica Graae is one of the area’s most sought-after sopranos appearing throughout the United States and Europe in a variety of roles. She has more than 20 years of private voice instruction experience. 

Ms. Graae’s students learn vocal production, diction and breathing techniques. Beginning students will learn how to produce a beautiful sound, singing Pop, Broadway and Classical songs.  Advanced students will complement their vocal studies singing selections in English, Italian and other languages of their choices.  Ms. Graae’s students have won places at the University of Delaware, Cab Calloway School of the Arts and the Delaware Children’s Theater.

Jessica is the recipient of numerous awards and honors including placing as a finalist in the YMCA Studio Club Competition (New York, NY), a semi-finalist in the Meistersinger Competition (Graz, Austria) and the first place award in the Levine School of Music New Performers Competition (Washington, D.C.)

She received her undergraduate education at Columbia University, New York, NY and a Masters of Music from Washington University (St. Louis, MO) and has studied with Shirlee Emmons.

A prolific performer, Jessica Graae has appeared most recently in Sacred Heart Oratory’s concert series and Wilmington’s First Night.  She has performed leads with several opera companies, including Opera Delaware, Concert Opera Philadelphia and The Little Orchestra Society of Lincoln Center in New York City.
