 Tony studied music at the University of Delaware, and has been teaching students how to play the bass guitar at the Kirkwood Highway location of Accent Music for 13 years. He has been playing professionally for 10 years. The styles he teaches his students vary, and include Funk, Jazz, Modern Rock, Classic Rock, and Classical. He also teaches how to read music, and how to learn to read charts. Tony teaches all students aged 9 and over and all levels beginner to advanced. He has a very flexible schedule. |
Joe Ristano Bass Guitar Teacher |
| Joe has over 15 years of playing experience and is currently teaching at the Concord Pike location. He is currently in the local band Stealing December in which he is also one of the main lyricists and songwriters. His band has toured with 5-time platinum Geffen recording artists Papa Roach and has also shared the stage with such acts as Paramore, Boys Like Girls, Stroke 9 and many others. Joe and his band have also appeared on TV Guide Channel on Demand, HDNet, and MTV radio. Along with his own musical projects, Joe has lent out his playing and song writing talents to other artists and bands throughout the Delaware area. Joe specializes in beginner and intermediate skill levels and concentrates on proper techniques, music theory and different styles/genres of music. Joe has a student age limit of at least 7 years old. |
