Rental from the website was easy, great and convenient. The instrument was dropped off at my child's elementary school which was great. The instrument was missing one piece so I called the store to inform them of this. The saleswoman told me to come in anytime to get the piece. The next day I had no problems when I went to the store to pick up the piece.

The ordering went fine.  Supposedly the clarinet was delivered to the school, but my g-daughter hasn't been told that yet.  Kind of still too early to survey since she hasn't seen it/played it, but ordering and delivery went smoothly/quickly.  Thanks!
