Sam Stipo, guitar teacher

Sam Stipo started playing the guitar at the young age of five!   His enthusiasm for the guitar was only surpassed by his natural ability.  Over the course of about 12 years, he studied with many of the prominent private guitar  teachers in the Delaware area. 

After studying the basics of music, guitar technique and reading music, he turned his attention to his passion: rock and roll.  Between the years of 1968 – 1981 he spent much of his time playing area clubs as a professional musician. 

During this time, he recorded with the band Mouzakis on “Magic Tube Plus 14” album as well as teaching a few students on the side.  Sam Stipo really enjoyed teaching and became a much-sought-after teacher. 

Around 1982, Mr. Stipo had acquired so many students that he decided to concentrate more fully on his teaching studio and preparing the next generation of musicians.  He loves to see his students grow and expand musically and has been teaching since 1977 (over 20 year’s experience).

 Sam Stipo charges $25 / half hour, payable monthly.
