If your purchase from AccentMusic.com is unsatisfactory for any reason, most items can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 45 days from their shipping date. Please contact us for a Return Authorization before returning merchandise.

All returns must be in new, undamaged condition and include all original packaging, accessories and documentation.

For items that included free shipping with your purchase, you will be charged the outbound shipping cost in the event of a return. AccentMusic.com cannot assume the cost of return shipping for any item that arrives intact.

We require that you report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery so that we can notify our shipper. A prompt return for refund or exchange at full value will be arranged at our expense if your item arrives in damaged or defective condition.
